Mission Statement:
We are providing medical relief to Chantal, Haiti. We are seeking volunteers in general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy. WeCareToShare is a project of the Diocese of Palm Beach. Medical missions treat all patients free of charge with no proselytizing involved. All team members are volunteers; Share has an ongoing commitment to the people of Chantal with the goal building a permanent medical clinic for the village.

Description:
CHANTAL, HAITI! Volunteer for medical/dental relief mission trip to Chantal, a rural village 250 miles SW of Port-Au-Prince, our 8th trip since the 2010 earthquake. Medical relief team seeks additional physicians for all-outpt clinic work in all primary care fields. Join us for one week of intensive all outpatient clinic work in rural Haiti!
Our patients come from Chantal, surrounding small mountain villages, and include many survivors who fled to the countryside following the quake. We have a long-term commitment to this community with intermittent trips while we raise funds to build a permanent clinic which will recruit permanent doctors. Our trips are deliberately brief so personnel may easily join us rather than requiring you to take off many months at a time. You cover your RT airfare and mandatory minimum $500 contribution. We provide all ground transportation, food, water, housing, with excellent logistics. Chantal provides an exceptional volunteer experience!
