Belize Medical Mission Trips is a ministry of International Servants, a non-denominational Mission in Belize founded by Belize Baptist Missionary, Dr. Paul Whisnant. We treat thousands of poor, needy patients in remote jungle villages throughout Belize. Some have basic problems like fever or worms, others have life-threatening heart murmurs or lacerations.
The purpose of our Medical Mission is to open hearts to Christ, so we always setup our clinics in villages where we''re starting a Church. It''s a wonderful tool for showing the love of God.
Our Belize Medical Director, Amanda, CPNP, is the Medical Provider who leads our Medical Mission Teams, usually 20-25 MD''s, Pharmacists, Nurses, Techs, PA''s, NP''s, Dentists, Medical students & Nursing students from the USA.
Volunteers from all Medical fields are urgently needed. Spouses, children and friends of Medical volunteers are also welcome, we can use their help at Check-In (or on our Construction Team or Children''s Team). Most Teams come to Belize for one week.
