Description:
Description: CMMB is looking for a writer/reporter to cover our international healthcare programs, with a particular emphasis on the women, children and families affected by them. This is a very important position available through Catholic Medical Mission Board’s (CMMB) Medical Volunteer Program (MVP). A good understanding of global healthcare, development and international affairs would be very useful. Responsibilities include: researching and writing compelling stories, blogs, and other content for CMMB’s website, external news outlets, direct mail pieces and social media sites; reporting for CMMB Newsline, CMMB’s quarterly e-newsletter; shooting photographs and video; producing photo essays and other multimedia content; responding to international information requests from headquarters staff; assisting with special initiatives.
